  Responsibilities:	Manage all aspects of laboratory operation, both administration and technical.
  	Provides clients with technical support, cost proposals, and project management.
  	Guidance to analysts in the inorganic department.

• Aaron Young
  • Position: Vice President/Lab Manager

  Education:	BS Chemistry Minor Biochemistry	Central Washington University
  Responsibilities:	Day-to-day management of technical operations.
  	Maintains laboratory accreditations.
  	Project Management
  	Manages LIMS system.
  	RFP/RFQ response and project specific cost proposals.
  	Provides clients with technical support, cost proposals, and project management.
  	Provide staff with technical support.
  	Guidance to analysts in the organic department.
  	Troubleshooting and instrument repair.
  	Coordinates sample pick-ups and sampling.

• Seth Farb
  • Position: Quality Manager/Microbiology Supervisor
  • Employee Since 2019

  Education:	BS Biology	University of Washington, Bothell
  Responsibilities:	Develop and Review SOP's for each department and management.
  	Maintain QA/QC records (such as Employee Training, Corrective Actions, Equipment Maintenance, etc.)
  	Review analysts data to insure proper QC is being followed.
  	Document yearly analyst performance (MDL's and PT samples analyzed).
  	Update Method Control Charts (bi-annually).
  	Review all lab notebooks to insure information is uniform, clear and precise.
  	Prepare written report quarterly for Lab Management on each departments performance.
  	Upkeeps the Laboratory Accreditation with the Department of Ecology (WA)
  	Conduct monthly employee/safety meetings.
  	Oversees all issues related to personnel, budget, infrastructure, workload and analytical services within the Microbiology department.
  	Produces, evaluates and prepares data for final reports.
  	Provides clients with technical support and project management services.
  	Develops and updates methods.
  	Implements the quality assurance program.
